Well experienced F&B consultant with strengths in shop concept, branding, marketing, and design. Previously worked for Suntory group’s Myu Planning in Tokyo Japan and led various projects in Singapore, Malaysia, and Japan for Japanese F&B companies’ expansion into ASEAN such as Ippudo, Pepper Lunch, etc.. Well networked within F&B both in Singapore and Japan. Lived in the US, Singapore for a total of 21 years.

 東京都出身。高校卒業後、米国留学を経てサントリー系列のMyuプラニングに就職。2003年に駐在員として来星し、一風堂、ペッパーランチ等飲食店のプロデュースに携わる。その後、シンガポールで飲食業のコンサル会社を立ち上げ、シンガポール、インドネシア、マレーシアなどアセアン諸国に進出する飲食店の物件探しからコンセプト、デザインからブランディングまでを行う。 シンガポール滞在歴２１年

Seasoned businessperson in both food and financial industries. Worked in Cargill for 20 years in the upper stream of the food value chain. Set up own consulting company in Singapore from 2012 to support Japanese OEM food manufacturer’s expansion into ASEAN. Lived in the US, UK, Indonesia, Singapore for a total of 30 years.

 神奈川県出身、慶応義塾大学卒業後、証券会社を経て米国カーギル社に２０年在籍し金融・財務、M&A、本社戦略事業開発部、インドネシア食品加工事業に従事。退職後、シンガポールにアセアン進出のコンサルティング会社を設立し、日系食品OEM製造会社のアセアン展開等、食品分野の川下に関わる。シンガポール滞在歴１９年、米国、英国、インドネシアにも滞在。
